- Generate New Text – whether you need a captivating description, a standout headline, or a persuasive call-to-action, the generative feature can help you create the perfect content. Experiment with various prompts to get the text you desire.
- Summarize Text – condense lengthy text while retaining key information.
- Expand Text– provide additional text based on key information from the Description text.
- Reword Text – receive alternative suggestions for rephrasing paragraphs, enhancing clarity and variety.
How To Use the AI-Suggested Comments Feature
Step 1:
Choose the Smart Template that you would like to customize.
Step 2a:
Add paragraph(s) to the field, and from the AI dropdown, select Summarize, Expand, or Reword.
Step 2b:
If you are using a prompt, select Generate New Text, type your prompt, and then select Generate New Text and click Insert.
Step 3:
Click Save to save your design.

What templates can AI-suggested comments be used on?
AI-suggested comments are available with any of the Smart Templates in your storefront.
What if I don't like the copy that the text-generation feature created?
Once the copy has been generated, you can press Generate Text to generate a different result from the same prompt or edit your prompt and click Generate Text. Remember that the clarity and specificity of your prompts can influence the quality of the generated paragraphs. The more detailed your instructions, the better the AI’s response will align with your requirements.
Why is my tool taking so long to load?
If the tool is taking longer than expected to load, consider the following factors:
- Character Limit: If your text field has a low character cap, the AI might be struggling to fit text within those constraints. Try summarizing the text to bring down the character count.
- Server Issues: Occasionally, OpenAI servers might experience high traffic or technical problems that affect response times. In such cases, the delay is out of our control, and patience is advised. You can check OpenAI’s status page for updates on server performance.
- Conflicting Instructions: Check your prompt for conflicting instructions. If your prompt instructs the AI to remain under a specific character count, make sure it doesn’t contradict built-in character limits defined by template definitions.
