Darrin Rayner
Chief Executive Officer
In 2008, Darrin transitioned from his role as Vice President of Verizon’s Information Services division to join Xpressdocs. Over the past 14 years, he has spearheaded the company’s growth through strategic leadership, including guiding the organization through multiple acquisitions that have strengthened XD’s market position. As CEO and board member, Darrin has been instrumental in scaling the workforce, advancing technology, and enhancing production capabilities to support an expanding client base. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and brings over two decades of executive leadership experience to the organization.
Chasity Torti
Chief Operating Officer
Chasity joined Xpressdocs in 2010 and has been a key driver of our growth ever since. Now serving as COO, she keeps our operations running smoothly while delivering top-tier experiences for customers, partners, and employees. Before XD, Chasity held a leadership role at SuperMedia, a Verizon spin-off. Chasity is a University of Texas at Arlington grad with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Moqtadir Mohammed
Chief Technology Officer
Moqtadir joined Xpressdocs in 2018 to lead our IT, Data Security, and Development teams. With over 15 years of experience, he keeps our technology secure, scalable, and user-friendly for a seamless XD experience. Before joining us, he was Director of Software Development at Reynolds & Reynolds. Moqtadir, holds a Master’s in computer science from the University of Houston.
Rachel Mathews
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel joined Xpressdocs in 2012 with a strong background in accounting and finance, backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Since then, she’s been instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, combining sharp oversight with strategic planning to support XD’s growth and efficiency.
Eric Arnold
VP of Sales & Business Development
Eric has been with Xpressdocs since 2005, leading the growth of our integrated partner solutions and managing strategic partnerships. With 20+ years of experience building value-driven collaborations, he’s all about helping partners and clients succeed. Before joining XD, Eric was Regional Sales Manager at Expedia Group and holds a Business Degree in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
Danielle Stiehl
VP of Sales & Emerging Markets
Danielle joined Xpressdocs in 2019 through the acquisition of AmazingMail®, where she was CEO and launched their Automated Direct Mail platform. She now leads Sales and Market Development, guiding a team of Solutions Consultants to deliver marketing automation and brand management solutions to companies nationwide. Danielle is an Arizona State University alum.
Jed Richards
VP of Operations & Workflow
Since joining Xpressdocs in 2005, Jed has been at the helm of our production teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality products at lightning-fast speeds to meet the exacting needs of our customers. Renowned for his leadership and operational expertise, Jed plays a key role in driving XD’s success. He’s also a proud Texas Christian University alum.
Micah Hymer
VP of Product
Micah joined Xpressdocs in 2010 as a customer service rep and has worked his way through a variety of roles including client management, implementations, leadership, and product innovation. As of VP of Product, he uses his diverse experience to shape Xpressdocs’ product strategy, focusing on innovation, user experience, and delivering even more value to clients.
