3. Comparable Homes in the Area
Below the home value data, there are a varying number of comparable homes within a 5-mile radius. These comparable homes can be sorted by:
- Distance (from closest to furthest)
- Value (from closest $ to furthest $)
- Sold Date (from closest to today’s date to furthest)
- Square Feet (from closest sqft to furthest)
- Bedrooms (from lowest number to highest number)
It is important to note that comparable homes are calculated by looking at several different pieces of data and excluding ones that are not comparable by certain metrics, like # of bedrooms, value, and square feet.
4. “Contact Agent” Call-to-Action
The homeowner is prompted to enter their First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number, which will be included in the lead notification email that the realtor will receive.
In mobile view, there is a contact form that is ‘stickied’ to the bottom of the viewport and will stay there regardless of where the user has scrolled to on the page.
In desktop view, the contact form call-to-action is located in the top-right corner of the page.
